Ester shares what it was like navigating unemployment and low funds while on her journey to become a professional writer. She shares the times where she had to have pep talks with herself in order to keep chasing her dream, which ultimately resulted in her writing for several noteworthy TV shows including the Lee Daniels' produced series STAR on FOX. Ester went from a Production Assistant in the Writer’s Room to a Writer in the Writer’s Room and she’s sharing what the day-to-day of a network television writer looks like from pre to post-production.
